It is a lot of money to take a chance on getting the money back out of a house when you do go to sell it. We decided to go ahead and list our home on the MLS. We did not know Chris at the time and listed it with the agent we had previously bought the house from. When we got an offer that was a cash deal on our home, the closing needed to take place within a month on the buyers end. Well, needless to say, we were not in a position where we felt real comfortable with what else was available. We started looking on the internet for homes available in Colonial Country Club because of all the things that were important to us. We wanted a new community, golf, country club, tennis, and easy access to the highway. I called our agent to show us the homes we found in Colonial Country Club and did not get a phone call back until noon the following day. It was around the New Year, so we understood her not getting back to us right away, but also had plenty of experience with not prompt return of phone calls. We went ahead and took a chance at calling Chris just to see if she wouldn’t mind giving us more information on these homes we found since it was her listing on the internet. She was available for discussion immediately and asked if we would like her to show us these homes today. Keep in mind this is New Year’s Eve. Not only did she show us these homes on New Year’s Eve, but did also on New Year’s day. By the time we got response from our agent we had our old home listed through, we had already made an offer on our current home here and was on a boat with our new neighbor’s that invited us to come out with them the day we met them after making an offer.
Chris always answers her phone, no matter if she is getting ready to tee-off or if it is late in the evening. I would highly recommend her as an agent to anyone who is looking for an aggressive agent and wants someone who is readily available at any time by phone or for a showing.
